LBM of Blood Pressure Cuff (Spring 2022)

For my Advanced Design and manufacturing course, I worked with a team of students to take apart a home-use blood pressure cuff to understand its components, how it functions, and how it was manufactured and assembled to arrive at your door for $15.00.

We looked at packaging, electronics, and injection molding the plastic device to develop our LBM. I was specifically responsible for the packaging related components and some of the electronics.
