About Me
I am a mechanical engineer with a passion for conservation technology; the nexus of engineering, innovation, health, and the environment; as well as supporting women in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math).
I am a Hardware TRACK Engineer at General Motors, working towards Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions, and Zero Congestion.
In May 2022, I graduated from Duke University with a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Energy and the Environment. At Duke, I had the honor of serving as President of the Duke Undergraduate Environmental Union, co-teaching two courses on environmental justice, and co-leading Duke's Environmental Justice Campus Committee. I was an active mentor with FEMMES+ (Females Excelling in More Math Engineering and Science) and member of Duke eNABLE.
In the summer of 2022, I worked at the intersection of drones, conservation technology, and environmental justice as a Research Technician at Duke's Marine Robotics and Remote Sensing Lab. In the summer of 2021, I worked as a Hardware Intern at Peloton. In summer of 2020, I worked as a Conservation Technology Intern at World Wildlife Fund.
